pastry server with silver handles - USA

pastry server with sterling silver handles This pastry server has silver handles decorated with floral motifs and engraved steel tongs. Both decorations are in Art Nouveau style.
The handles are marked STERLING. There's no maker's mark, but I believe it was made in the USA at the beginning of the 20th century.
The pastry server is 9 3/4 in. long (cm. 25) and was a kind gift by John Lilly - www.silvermatchingco.com.
