silver baby rattle - Italy


Italian antique silver baby rattle this is a silver baby rattle made about 1960 in Italy by silversmith PATERNA E LIVI SRL - via del Cantone 60/62 - Sesto Fiorentino (Firenze), active since 1959.
It has 'fan' shape and is hallmarked with '800' (800/1000 silver) and the lozenge with '336 FI'.
The rattle is 2 1/4 in. long (cm. 6) and was bought from an Italian dealer at an Antique Fair.
