silver coaster - Genoa - Italy

Italian silver coaster (Genoa, 1822)
this is 19th century silver coaster made in Genoa (Italy).
It bears the 1822 "torretta" mark besides the "cross of St Maurice and Lazarus" and "dolphin" used by the Kingdom of Piedmont (800/1000 purity degree, 1824-1872).
"Torretta" was the mark of the ancient Republic of Genova, but its use was maintained for some time after the Napoleonic conquest and the fall of the Republic of Genoa.
The coaster measures 4 5/8 in. (cm. 12) and was bought from an US dealer through the Internet.
