these silver sugar tongs were made about 1950 by Clementi Fabbrica Argenteria srl - Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna - Italy).Clementi firm has the mark 'BO 1', the oldest silver factory mark registered in Bologna province.
The tongs are 5 1/2 in. long (cm. 14) and were bought by an Italian dealer in an Antique Market.
