silver cornucopia (horn of plenty) shaker - Italy
this silver cornucopia (horn of plenty) shaker with loose pierced cover was made in Padua (
Padova - Italy) around 1950 and bears hallmarks ' 800 ' (purity degree 800/1000) and '29PD' (silversmith
RINO GREGGIO ARGENTERIE SPA - Tencarola di Selvazzano Dentro - Padova). It has Asian taste decorations on
the body and on the two feet support.
The cornucopia (horn of plenty) is 2 in. high (cm. 5) and was bought from an Italian dealer at an
Antique market.
This item is not for sale, but most of my pieces were bought through the Internet.
